Elderly lose out to Kent TV

lonely elderly womanAt a time when KCC is increasing charges to the elderly for care in the home raising £600,000, KCC SPENT £600,000, in revenue costs on Kent TV.

KCC is increasing charges to the elderly by an average of one third. This equates to 65% - 85% of their income and raises £600,000 for the Tory County Council.

Is it a coincidence that at the same time, recently launched Kent TV cost £600,000 in revenue costs?
